2. Stop touching the affected
area

acne sufferers is constantly touching the part of their face
that has acne. They are so conscious about their acne and it is
very hard for them to stop touching and feeling them. However,
when they touch the parts with acne very often, they will
promote more bacteria to that area and might make their acne
condition worsen. Therefore, stop touching the affected area
with your hands as your hands might not be clean enough. Stop
picking on the acne, which means do not try to attempt to
squeeze or pop out acne.
3. Have a healthy diet
Although the appearance of acne
on your face might not be directly related to your diet, it is
always a good thing to have a healthy diet. When you have a
healthy and balanced diet, your skin will thank you for all the
nutrition it gets from the healthy food you consumed.
